Cost Savings

Leveraging Think Water’s group buying power enables our Members to achieve substantial savings on their stock purchases. Over the past 12 months, we’ve welcomed 10 new stores, realising an average savings of 14% on stock purchases. 

  • Kane Adamson of Think Water Toowoomba saved 36% on his stock purchases.
  • Darryl Burgmann and his team at the established Western Water Systems saved 14% on their stock purchases.

Business Growth

Think Water The Irrigation Shop in Slacks Creek QLD have had significant business growth since joining the group just over 12 months ago. They are also attracting more leads from Google – calls from their Google profile have increased by around 95% and their average monthly views on Google has risen from 650 to 1,000+ since joining Think Water.

Luke Sutton of Think Water Cairns joined the network as a greenfield site in 2018 with a revenue of $0. He is now in Queensland’s top 5 stores in revenue.

Think Water Noosa joined the group in 2017 and quadrupled their revenue in just five years.

We have recently launched our Employee Placement Program, which assists Members in sourcing, interviewing, recruiting and sponsoring skilled workers from overseas.

Think Water provides a dedicated and highly experienced “Business Coach” and mentor who can assist owners in taking your business to the next level.

Marketing Support

Benefit from our national advertising campaigns and receive leads from our Head Office. Our marketing team help stores to build, host and manage your website, social media advertising and email campaigns. We also provide branding assistance – from flyers, posters and in-store signage to vehicle wraps and exterior design.

Training

Geoff Harvey, the former National Training Manager for Irrigation Australia Limited (IAL), has joined the Think Water team and now heads our Foundations and Cert 3 Irrigation Training Programs. Think Water’s digital presence has grown significantly over the last two years. Our brand name appears over 7,000 times a day on Google, and our social media ads are seen on average 1.23 million times per quarter. We also have TV commercials running throughout the year on prime spots such as The Block, AFL Grand Finals, My Kitchen Rules and Australian Open.

What they say about us

In a survey completed by our Members, our National Support Office achieved their highest ever NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 56, which is higher than Google and Amazon. This score refers to the level of support that the stores receive.

The group also has the support of our customers, with over 900+ 5 star reviews on Google.
