Grant has been working around pumps since 1972 and gained a lot of his knowledge from working with his father. He has seen and worked on all kinds of pumps, some of which are not found today. Because Grant has grown up with the old technology through to present day, he has an extensive knowledge of all things pumping.
Grant works with his customers to deliver the right solution, not just a product. Customer service is his strength, and he is your go-to man when it comes to all things pumping and water.

Marc joined our team mid 2023 with a background in sales and customer relations. Marc’s duties include sales and ordering stock and ensuring we have everything we need for projects and customer needs.

Dave has been employed at Think Water Timaru since 2014. His 30 plus years of experience in the pumping industry have given him a great deal of knowledge in pumps and engineering. Dave prides himself on high-quality customer service and is well known for his ability to troubleshoot and produce solutions.
Rodney Mulqueen
Pump and Field Service Technician
Rodney’s role includes tasks like servicing all types of pumps and irrigation equipment, operating plant, and assisting on projects. Rodney loves his job and is always happy to assist with your new or existing project.
Aimee Boyd
Office Manager
Aimee is responsible for keeping the administration side of the business moving. Aimee also looks after accounts and invoicing. She has brought a great deal of knowledge into the administration role and has created lots of innovations.
Sarah Rawson
Office Assistant
Has been with Think Water for 2 years, Sarah looks after all our media advertising and marketing. She supports Aimee with the accounts and advertising when needed. Sarah is also responsible for assisting Lenard with his administration.
Lenard McLeod
Southern Support, Pump Technician
Lenard is based in Invercargill. He specialises in servicing Karcher machines, backflow prevention, Paslode and Hikoki nail guns. He travels across most of the lower South Island, fixing, servicing and installing pumps and filtration. Lenard has great customer relations and is known as “Lenard of all trades”.
