MICHAEL COOPER
Director / Operations Manager
Michael has worked in the business for most of his working life. He is highly skilled in the design of irrigation systems and is responsible for system design and quoting. As Operations Manager he manages our field technicians and ensures all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
KIM CURTIS
Director / Administration Manger
Kim has worked in the business for most of her working life. She has extensive knowledge of the administrative side of the business and is responsible for the management of retail and trade finance services. In her early years within the business, Kim worked in the trenches with the technicians, and as a result, has a strong understanding of installation and servicing systems.
SAM VOYCE
Pump Technician
Sam is a highly experienced pump technician with more than 15 years of experience in the trade. He has extensive knowledge of system design and servicing withing the pumping and filtration side of the business. Sam has a long history in the industry particularly in engineering and maintenance.
NATHAN BIRCH
Pump Technician
Nathan manages our larger projects and specialises in the installation and servicing of water pumps and dairy effluent. His extensive knowledge of the industry has resulted in a strong capability with the management and installation of accredited dairy effluent systems. Nathan’s civil engineering background has given him exposure to many areas in the industry through implementing projects such as the Jack Nicholas Golf Course in Kinloch, Taupo and Mount Maunganui Golf Club.
SCOTT WOOD
Pump Technician
Scott is the most recent addition to the Think Water BoP family. He has extensive knowledge and experience with all aspects of the water industry. Scott is a long term local to the area and has been involved with many water projects in the service, and maintenance area.
CAEDEN STACEY
Apprentice Dairy Technician
Caeden joins us as an apprentice having knowledge in the dairy industry milking on a farm in the Bay of Plenty area. Caeden has now completed ISO certificate in Milking Machine Testing and is fully qualified. We have recently purchased state of the art testing equipment to do on site Milking Machine Testing reports.
TRACY AUSTIN
Accounts Administration
Tracy has worked within the Think Water BoP team for many years. She is highly valued for her work in the administration and retail side of the business. Tracy has extensive knowledge and is here to assist with job scheduling, product selection and spare parts for your project. Tracy is stepping into a new role as Accounts Administration.
LINDA
Retail Sales Consultant
Linda has extensive product knowledge and is a solutions person. With over 25 years in the plumbing industry, she understands a lot of the queries sent her way and is customer focused.
ALISON HART
Office/Retail Administrator
Alison has joined the team 3 days a week. She will be helping with admin and customer service.
