MICHAEL COOPER
Director
Michael has worked in the business for most of his working life. He is highly skilled in the design of irrigation systems and is responsible for system design and quoting.
KIM CURTIS
Director / Administration Manager
Kim has worked in the business for most of her working life. She has extensive knowledge of the administrative side of the business and is responsible for the management of retail and trade finance services. In her early years within the business, Kim worked in the trenches with the technicians, and as a result, has a strong understanding of installation and servicing systems.
SAM VOYCE
Operations Manager/Pump Technician
As Operations Manager, Sam plays a key role in overseeing our Field Technicians and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule. With more than 19 years of industry experience, Sam is a highly skilled pump technician with extensive knowledge in the design, installation, servicing, and diagnostics of pumping and filtration systems. His background in engineering and maintenance has given him strong practical experience across a wide range of water infrastructure projects, making him a valuable leader within the Think Water Bay of Plenty team.
NATHAN BIRCH
Pump Technician
Nathan manages our larger projects and specialises in the installation and servicing of water pumps and dairy effluent. His extensive knowledge of the industry has resulted in a strong capability with the management and installation of accredited dairy effluent systems. Nathan’s civil engineering background has given him exposure to many areas in the industry through implementing projects such as the Jack Nicholas Golf Course in Kinloch, Taupo, and Mount Maunganui Golf Club.
SCOTT WOOD
Pump Technician
Scott has spent more than 35 years working across the water industry, building extensive knowledge in everything from water supply schemes and reticulation through to irrigation frost protection, well drilling, civil works, and project management. Being a long-time local in the Bay of Plenty region, he has played a part in numerous water infrastructure and maintenance projects throughout the area. Scott’s practical experience, industry knowledge, and understanding of local conditions allow him to provide reliable advice and solutions across a wide range of water applications.
JOSH MCCANN
Pump Technician/Engineer
Josh brings more than 15 years of engineering experience to the Think Water Bay of Plenty team. With a strong background as a diesel mechanic, he has extensive hands-on experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving mechanical issues across a wide range of machinery and equipment. Josh specialises in servicing and maintenance work, with practical skills in welding, machinery repairs, and working in demanding environments including confined spaces and at heights. His problem-solving ability and practical approach make him a valuable part of the team.
CAEDEN STACEY
Dairy/Pump Technician
Caeden has 8 years experience working within the dairy industry in the Bay of Plenty. Caeden has an ISO Certificate in Milking Machine Testing and is fully qualified with New Zealand Certificate in Dairy Systems (Engineering) Milking Systems, Level 4. We have recently purchased state-of-the-art equipment to do on-site Milking Machine Testing reports.

Tracy is highly valued for her work in the administration and retail side of the business. She has extensive knowledge and is here to assist with job scheduling, product selection, and spare parts for your project.

Alison works part-time supporting the accounts administration and customer service team, assisting with day-to-day admin tasks and customer support.
