At Think Water Canterbury our water management team receive extensive product training and support from our Preferred Suppliers and are encouraged to indulge in continued professional development. We maintain membership with Irrigation NZ (INZ) and the NZ Milking and Pumping Trade Association (NZMPTA) and keep up with industry news on a regular basis.

ANDREW BROOMHALL
Managing Director
Andy is part owner and director of Think Water Canterbury with over 25 years experience in the pump and irrigation industry. Andy deals with the residential and service part of the business.
SAM BROOMHALL
Managing Director
Sam has worked in and around the business for more than 20 years. He began his career as part of the irrigation, filtration, water treatment and pumping installation team. Sam now jointly runs the company with brother Andrew focussing on system design, sales and business development.
GREG WHEELER
Operations Manager
Greg joined the Think Water Canterbury team in 2018 with more than 20 year of experience in operations. He has a lot of knowledge which he uses to build and encourage our friendly field team. Greg is also very much involved in the Leeston community with 28 years in the Leeston Volunteer Fire Brigade as a Deputy Chief Fire Officer.
MATT DALLEY
Service Coordinator
Previous to this role Matt worked in freighting exporting and importing of goods. He enjoys all aspects of liaising with clients and happily assists with any enquiries that come his way. Matt has exceptional product knowledge and coordinates services within the business.
DANIEL TAN
Finance Manager
Daniel joined Think Water Canterbury in May 2015 as the Finance Manager and is responsible for the finance and administration functions within the business. He graduated from the University of Otago in 2005 with B.Com(Accounting) and B.Sc(Computer Science) degrees. Since then, he worked for Enza, Ministry of HealthPAC, Property finance Securities and PGG Wrightson. Daniel held various roles during his seven years in PGG Wrightson, most recent as Team Leader for the Water Finance function.
DEREK STEELE
Derek joined the Think Water Canterbury team in October 2018 with 32 years of experience in logistics. During that time he spent 10 working with irrigation businesses. Derek has exceptional product knowledge and is happy to assist wherever possible.
